Operators place the filled UFO filter into the positioning mould manually, then trigger the working cycle. The heating head descends to complete uniform sealing, ensuring tight sealing edge without leakage.
The whole frame adopts aluminum profile structure, solid and easy to maintain. Digital temperature controller and adjustable sealing time support flexible parameter setting to match various filter materials. Compact desktop design occupies small space, ideal for laboratory testing, small batch production and new product trial runs.
Optional customized moulds are available to fit different sizes of round UFO filter pods.
